Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do your cases support MagSafe and wireless charging?
Yes, our latest phone case models are designed with built-in magnets to be fully compatible with MagSafe chargers and accessories, as well as standard Qi wireless charging pads.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your unique piece, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
How do I clean and maintain my wood and resin product?
To maintain the finish, simply wipe your product with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the wood in water to prevent damage to the natural materials.
Do you offer a warranty on your electronics?
All Carved products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage from drops.
